Our Staff

The Care Management Team is led by Laura Anderson, our Director of Client Care. Laura has her Masters in Counseling and over 8 years of care management experience. Jennifer DuCharme, our Client Care Manager has over 10 years of care management, hospital staffing, and social work experience.

Our Care Managers use a multi-step care management process that is carefully planned and orchestrated to ensure you and your family are receiving the best possible care at all times.

Proper identification of need is determined at the outset. This highly confidential personal assessment visit includes the individual and often members of the family and appropriate medical team. Together, they determine the initial plan of care.

We match the most appropriate caregiver. Based on the individual's needs and input from the family, the most appropriate caregiver is identified and matched from the Reliable Caregivers team.

Thorough training makes a difference. The Care Manager oversees the placement and training of the caregiver so they understand any special needs that may be required.

Ongoing supervision. A Care Manager carefully monitors the progress of the case, making sure the best possible care is being provided. These regular visits are scheduled at your convenience.

The Administrative Staff is dedicated to keeping track of our extensive network of care givers, patient progress, hiring and training of new employees, and financials. Bobbie Jo Keating, our Director of Finance/Operations has over 20 years of financial experience, 14 of which have been in the home care field. Staffing Supervisor Karen Rono, has over 5 years experience and ensures that each caregiver's skill set is properly matched to the specific needs of each patient.
