Due to our rapidly growing client base, Reliable Caregivers is constantly seeking new caregivers to join our team of professionals.

To ensure we hire only the most qualified candidates we conduct extensive background checks and multi-person interviews. Those who successfully complete the process are registered with the State of CA, bonded, insured and trained.

To be considered for employment, applicants must provide:

  • Mandatory registration in the CA Homecare Aide Registry
  • Ability to pass a thorough background & fingerprint check
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a caregiver or have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Minimum 2 professional references, with one in the caregiving field
  • Ability to pass a written exam on caregiving knowledge
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
